Terms & Conditions

All photographs are copyrighted and owned by Brandi Marie Photography. Any use of images without prior written consent is a violation of U.S. copyright law. Clients are granted a personal use license to download, share, and print their images from their Pixieset online gallery. Images may not be altered in any way, including but not limited to filters, presets, cropping, or color adjustments. Images may not be sold, submitted to contests, used for commercial purposes, or provided to third parties without prior written permission from Brandi Marie Photography.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Brandi Marie Photography maintains a strict no-refund policy. If a session must be canceled due to weather conditions deemed unsuitable by the photographer, the client will be offered two alternative dates to reschedule. If no alternative date can be agreed upon, the client will receive a studio credit equal to the value of the original session, valid toward a future session. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Failure to appear for a scheduled session without prior communication (“no-show”) will result in the session being forfeited, with no refund or reschedule offered. Clients may reschedule once for personal reasons at no charge, provided adequate notice is given. Any additional reschedule requests will incur a $25 rescheduling fee.

Privacy Policy

Protecting client privacy is a top priority. Any personal information collected through Brandi Marie Photography’s website, booking system, or social media pages is never sold, shared, or leased to third parties. Online payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Brandi Marie Photography does not store or have access to clients’ credit card information. Clients may request additional privacy considerations for personal information or images not specifically covered within these policies.

By accessing Brandi Marie Photography’s website, Facebook page, or downloading any content, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Brandi Marie Photography reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the most current version. All images, text, video, and related content provided by Brandi Marie Photography are protected by U.S. and international copyright, intellectual property, and moral rights laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or transmitted without written permission.
